Is my clam dying!

I've been gone for a week and this is what I came home to. I recently upgraded to a larger tank about 2 weeks ago so the clam has been move twice. Otherwise all of my parameters are perfect. Am I going to lose this guy? The clam is retracted an both openings are very large. There ia also a lot of ucus coming off the clam. I poked it an there was also very little movement.

Did you look at his butt to see if pyramid snails were trying to get up in there, possibly irritating him?
