Is my Clam gaping now?

I've had this maxima for a few months now but I've never seen it opened this wide. I was wondering if this is still healthy or I should look to take action soon. No pests bothering it as far as I can see.

It does look to be gaping in my opinion, is there any tears in the mantle, cant tell from pics? anything change on the tank?

try this out, if you want or if it gets worse.. clams go fast though so keep a close eye

I read the article from the link above. Ive lost clams before that I thought I shouldn't have . Next time I have a problem with a clam I'll definitely try the method mentioned and see how it goes.
