Is my clam spawning???

I just noticed my tank is very cloudy and after watching for a few min. I noticed my clam squirting out a milky white stream from its mantle. it is doing this about every 30 seconds or so. My wrasse is franticaly eating whatever it is that is coming from the clam and my coral polyps are opened as wide as they can. My galexeas sweeper tenticals are longer than i have ever seen. I have had this Derasa clam for about a year and a half and never seen it do this. I tried to look up pictures but couldnt find any so I decided to take some myself.

Also should I do a water change tonight or will it be okay? The corals dont seem to mind!

Yes it is, Usually caused by stress. I'd check your parameters and do a water change and add some carbon. At least thats what Barry at clams direct suggest, or that's what he said in his presentation,

As mentioned above, yes it is spawning. Spawning is triggered by some sort of stress.

no, it's not good. clams usually only spawn in an aquarium as a survival instinct / stress. as stated above check all your params, keep your skimmer running 100% and run some AC.
