help!!!!

i brought 2 clowns last sunday one is eaten and was swimming all over straight away the other one does not move much i have watched and not seen it eat i woke up today and it is just lead on the bottom it looks like it wants to swim up but cant move i tried to feed it again but it didnt eat all my tests are fine do you think it is dieing?? how can i get it to eat i have had it now 5 days.

Try live brine shrimp and formula 1 or 2. 5 days is a long time for a clown not to eat so I would try the above asap

i hatch my own live brine shrimp he wont touch nothing. its like he doesnt see the food it goes right past him he doesnt even attempt to get it.

is he breathing hard? what other symptoms does he have?
wild caught or tank raised?
laying on his side is never a good sign. at this point I hate to say it but there is not much you can do. if he hasnt eaten in a week he may be too exhausted to recover.

its a very fatal disease that is usually brought on by stress. mostly found in WC fish, but it can lay dormant in a tank and claim new fish as they are introduced. heavy labored breathing is the first sign. many fish die due to the physical stress and exhaustion of breathing so hard. if they live long enough the mucous coat starts to slough off and they fish develope sores.
