Hi Im kinda new to the hobby, I just build my first tank(90gal) it cycled for like 3 weeks, yesterday I bought 2 clown fish, they looked pretty good, this morning I saw that one of them had some white spots on the nose, is this Ich?. what can I do?. At the moment my tank just has 10 snails, 10 hermits and 2 Clown Fish.

I took this picture so you guys know of what Im talking about.

I can't tell from the pic. Watch closely and let us know if more spots show up; they're similar to salt grains. Often ich is easiest to see on the fins. Also watch for the fish scratching on rock or substrate and any heavy breathing. Be alert for any skin problems 9peeling, sloughing), that could be even more serious.

ok, right now they seem to be very active, both of them just have like 2 spots, one on like the face and the other on the torso, I don't see anything on the fins.

that does not look like ich but rather brooklynella. it's hard to tell from the photo but i would take precaution and start brook treatment. this disease kills fast and clownfish are the very susceptible to it, so don't wait.

I think so too, there seems to be some peeling around the spots, a real sign of brooklynella. It seems like there has been a lot of this around lately (or its getting a proper ID more often). It may seem early to diagnose this stuff, but like sandwi54 said----you don't have much time with this parasite.

Today the spots on the one that had the spots in the nose is fine and the spots look smaller, but the one with the spots in the torso disappeared :'(. I have looked for it everywhere, even rearranged the live rock, opened the overflow, but I didn't found him anywhere :S . I don't know what to do.

I don't know much about your fishes problem, but I have learned over time to not disturb the environment too much when you have a sick fish because that can stress them out even more and usually causes more damage than help. I would probably wait for the fish to turn up (or not), but wouldn't reccomend rearranging the tank looking for an already sick fish.
