Is my fish ok?

I just have added a blue green chromis in a hospital tank. It just went near the bottom, hovering over the bottom while staying stil, but moving its fins, and breathing. I may be shy, but I have some shelter. I checked the water is good, and ammonia is zero. Is the fish just very timid and shy, or is it dying? It moves around a little, but slowly. It may be getting used to its surroundings slowly. It also may be scared that it is away from the other green chromis

thanks for answering. This is a update. So far the fish is not as stressed or frightened as it was. The fish has no illness or was dying. It was dark brown, but it changed to light green. I tried to feed it, and it succesfully ate. It also started swimming around the wall a little. So the fish is doing fine.

pretty much you will see this behavior from any fish you add to a tank. fish are territorial and any new fish is considered a food competitor
