Is my Fungia in its death throws?

My tank specs:
100 gallon / 400 lt
Ammonia 0
Nitrite. 0
Nitrate. 10
Ph. 8.1
Salinity. 1.025
Alkalinity. 9.8 dKH

I have 4 of these in my tank, one other one has just come back from being sick? Was bleached in places and wouldn't eat. All the others are fine as you can see in the pic. It is a new tank 2 months old, I also have an Excelance and 2 Alvapora which are doing fine. At the moment it is fish free with only a CUC of 4 Turbans, 3 Strombs and a small hermit. Any one have an idea what is going on with it, it's mouth is always open / extended and it looks very spastic.

I'm curious as to the status of your fungia as your post was about 3 months ago. The green one on the left is beautiful! I am newer to the hobby and have recently purchased a plate coral, and it is one of my favorite pieces so far.

No it passed on, the other one is still going strong. I love them too, yours is a nice colour variation.
