Is my HollyWood Stunner chalice alive?

i have no real experience at keeping chalices but i got it for free. is this chalice still alive?

what should i feed it if anything?

its alive yes.thriving no.feed foods like oyster feast or mysis .chum the water 5 minuits b4 light out then when he has feeders out squirt oyster feast at it mixed with mysis.if you just broadcast fead oydter feast everyday it will it absorbe and filterfeed and will slowly come back but for fast growth spot feed when tentacles are out.

i havent seen any tentacles extending from it but i dont really look at it after the lights are off.
