Is my leather dying or shedding?

Hey guys, I just moved this tank, all went really well, water parameters are in line, and everything else seems happy but my leather is doing something I've never seen before.

Here is one pic from yesterday and one pic from today. Should I pull the rock and clean it, or leave it in and see what happens?

Hi, Sir Toadie!
How's your flow and your lighting?
I would boost both (if you can) and keep an close eye on it for now - I wouldn't remove it yet - even for cleaning the rock. Check it really carefully for little pests, like flatworms.
If it doesn't improve within a few days then yes - you'll have to yank it and frag the stalks that can be saved and heave the rest. You don't want a coral to sit stressed too long in your tank!

That sure looks like dying/disintegrating..
They usually go pretty quick at that point..

define "moved this tank"?

I can certainly move them higher and closer to the lights. I think the flow is good but there's some things I can change.

Move as in from one house to another
