is my light enough?

hi!

im a newbie in this forum and need some help.

i am setting up a 45g FOWLR. but my tank is tall (24 height, 18 wide, 29 lenght) im using power compact light. two 65w white and 2 55w blue. is this enough?

also, does a shallow aquarium better than a tall one?

depends what you want to do

IMO with a FOWLR tank you only need to turn the light on when you want to enjoy the fish.
