Is my lime fit for purpose?

I have just looked at the breakdown of the batch of lime in my possession. It is as follows:

calcium hydroxide: > 97.98%
molecular weight: 74.09
calcium carbonate: > 0.55%
magnesium oxide: < 0.23%
ion oxide: <0.03%
aluminium oxide: < 0.04%
sulphur dioxide(SO2): <0.36%
Manganese:
Sulphur: <0.01%
lead:
arsenic:
free moisture: 0.53%
available lime: >97.08%
neutirilisation (?): 74.45%

Letters on the packaging are so small that I have had to use a magnifying glass to read some of the words. I had to guess the last bit as it is so unclear.

Is this product good enough to use in my kalk stirrer?

Is it marked as food grade? If so, I suspect it'll be fine.

Thanks Jonathan. No it is not. There is a label on it that says it is not for human consumption.

Mrs. Wages food grade is cheap and available on Amazon.

I'd go for food grade, personally. Mrs Wages lime seems to work well.
