Is my LTA healthy?

I just added this LTA to my tank for my clown. Never owned one and never seen an identical one, was wondering if this is a healthy look for the anemone? Also would like some tips for how to get these two interacting.

Looks fine to me.

Absolutely looks healthy. However it does not look like an LTA to me, looks like Haitian Anemone (a non clown hosting anemone (usually)). LTA’s generally stay in the sand bed.

Yep, it's a Condylactis species from the Caribbean.
