Is my midas blenny dying ?

I came home from work today to find my mids blenny on the bottom corner of my tank and he's a different patchy color....all my other tank inhabitants are happy and healthy so why all of a sudden would he be at the bottom looking like he's dying...I attached a a pic....please help....since starting this thread hes tried swiming but he can't....what the heck is happening ?
