Is my mushroom going to be ok?

I noticed this on my mushroom today. Does anyone know what's happening and if its going to be ok?

That's one wierd growth. Maybe get a syringe and try to suck out what's ever in there. I have no idea, can someone else answer this, I don't want to give advice for something I have no clue what it is.
