Is my new LTA dting?

Please help me! I have had this guy for 4 days and he is looking pretty bad. He was looking good but yesterday he starting shriveling. His tentacles are still sticky, his foot is still a bright orange, and the clowns still love him. I tried feeding him today and he took it in, but then spit out about an hour later. When he took it in, his foot had a weird bulge in it. He moved around the first day, but has not moved since so I assumed he was happy where he was. Everything I've read says he might just be doing his thing but he looks like death is knocking. What can I do? I tested my water and had the local pet store test it and it was great in all areas. I acclimated him properly to the temp and salinity. I don't want to remove him if it's normal but I don't want to leave him to die and take my whole tank with him.

What are your water parameters in numbers, & how long has this tank been set up?

Agree with billnPS. You need to give us more info. Give us your parameter numbers. Also, nems don't do well in a new tank setup, so if you're tank hasn't been set up for the last 6-9 months, it isn't as stable and nems hate that. Also, what other livestock do you have? Nems can have chemical warfare with other tank mates. Fish picking at it or clown activity could be stressing it out as well. How deep is your substrate? LTAs like to bury in about 4 to 6 inches of fine sand. If they don't find their happy place, they will keep moving around until they die.

When accumulating my LTA, I dug a hole in the substrate to the glass bottom right near the base of the rock. Then, I gently pushed the sand around the column. I chose a spot with good lighting and moderate / low flow. It never moved and is feeding well and super happy.
