Is my RBTA ok?

Yes it could be expelling waste. But I don't see any, why are you thinking it is not looking good?
The reason I asked if it has it's foot on one or two rocks is they will place there foot on two different rocks to start a split.
Usually they will be very sad looking, tenticles hang and they will stay that way for a day or so before starting the split.

I just got this one it is a recent split. It looked really good yesterday 1st day in and today it looked like that...I was just wondering...I feed it today and it started to catch the food and pull it to its center so I guess everything is ok....

sometimes they just look bad for a day or so/ mine's been in the same spot for a year , yesterday morn it had moved, today i'm the proud owner of two!!

Are you feeding it silversides? Looks to me like it is starving, short stubby tenticles is either starvation or a war with something close to it.
What is in its vacinity?

I just went to your website finding nemo and realized your right about it starving b/c thats all I have fed it was the brine shrimp im gonna go to the store tommorow and get some silversides I just hope its not to late

Great, brine shrimp is of no value to much of anything. Especially anemones.
Get some fish into it and it will pop back in a few weeks, feed it every other day if it will take it, but cut up the silversides so that it wont have to spend a lot of energy to get it down and digest it. 1/4" or less will do fine.
Good luck to you

Alright I got the silversides and cut a 1/4" piece and held it in front of the anemone and it started to stick to it but thats it so far these are the pictures.... will it eventually eat it or not?

Take your finger and wiggle it around in the tenticles like a wounded fish would struggle.
If he does let it go, take it out and toss it and try again the next day with another fresh piece.
Keep trying, don't give up. Sometimes they are weak and can't seem to get it to there mouth, but after a while he will get the idea. Don't loose hope.

Either the piece I tried to give him was eaten or another fish got it b/c its gone. His mouth is open with a little bit of like a bubble on one side and nothing on the other.

Did he close around it?
If so he swallowed it most likely.
But if you have theives in the tank, keep an eye out for them and put a net in the water around the anemone to keep them at bay.

No He didn't close up on it but it was in his mouth a little bit.

This is a picture of him after the food dissapeared. I appreciate your help by the way.
