This morning before I went to work I looked in on it and around his mouth is starting to look white all around it...I'll take a picture when I get off....
Is My Rbta Ok?

Well I got home from work and went to the tank and the anemone wasn't there it was on the bottom of the tank and looked like it had been attacked by fish or hermit crabs so I'm assuming I killed my RBTA by not knowing how to take care of it....but I have learned a lesson and alot about RBTA the next time I get one I'll be ready. Thanks for all your help and when I do get one I'll let you know...

I hope you don't mind me using your thread's title to post my picture.
I just received this in the mail on Friday. Tried to feed it a silverside the first day, it wouldn't take, yesterday it took a half of a baby silverside... and this morning it just looked plain awful with its mouth open. I fed him as soon as I saw him like that. My water params are good. Here's a pic of him right after feeding though.
Is he still hungry?

This is the status. I had to move the rock + attached anemone to the other side of my tank. Either way, I'm still kind of worried about it. When I moved the rock to the other side of my tank, I found this!
The corpse of a silverside I *swear* at one point the anemone had swallowed. What if it's just spitting them out later?
Here's the most recent feeding picture, I'll take another pic without the 2 liter if I can in a bit. After it hopefully swallows. There's Elvis my mandarin in this picture too. Yes, he swam in there by himself. Uninvited like always.
He's kind of the 'Bai Ling' of every tank gathering.

Mysis would be better, specifically PE mysis if you have acces to it. Also from the pictures of the silversides you are feeding, they seem too big. Basically you want to fillet the silverside and cut the fillet into very small pieces so it is easy for the anemone to digest it. As the anemone gets bigger and healthier you can feed larger chunks but until then use mysis, or cut the silverside into very small pieces and squirt them at it with a turkey baster.`

You want the pieces of fish to be pretty fine for this critter. The smaller the pieces the easier they are to digest. Based on the picture with the mandarin I'd guess about 1/4 to 1/8 of the pieces you are currently giving him would be best. You might even go smaller and give him two pieces.
Also, since the anemone only has one opening to the digestive tract be sure to wait until the last piece is digested before feeding another piece otherwise it will lose it's new meal when excreting the remnants of the older meal. Give it 1 to 2 days off between feedings. 2 days if you're giving it the silverside and 1 day should be plenty if you give it some mysis instead. The easiest way to feed mysis is to thaw them and use a turkey baster to spray them over the anemone, he'll only eat what he wants. Since they are so small each he should be able to eat mysis every other day.
Once you see some improvement you can feed silversides upto every other day as long as you keep the serving size more resonable.
He can and will eat a good quality flake food but I'd stick with thawed frozen food for the time being.

Dude. Silversides have bones?
Crap. I just figured they were soooo itty bitty thin they'd be like cartilage. Do I use an exacto knife to fillet it?
Just following along, I hope to get a BTA in the next few months. I have to say, this made me laugh!
We have a sebae that really needed a lot of help, and found that mysis worked well in the begining. Then we discovered that it really likes clam or mussells. We gave it very small pieces of those in the begining, after we felt it was doing well with the mysis. I would stay away from flake, not so much because of nutritional issues, but it floats really easily! I like the things that settle, it's easier for the nem to hold onto them. Just my 2 cents!
