Is My Torch Dying?

I'm new to LPS corals, just bought a torch and trumpet coral a few days ago. I've had mushrooms, zoos, and polyps in my tank for a few months now. It was fine yesterday and had its tentacles extended. Last night the far right part wasn't extended as far as the rest and this morning it looks to be dead. I'm at a loss of what caused it. Should I frag it to cut off the dead section, and if so how do I frag it. I'm not sure exactly where to cut.

Calcium: 420ppm
Alkalinity: 4meg/l
Nitrate: 5ppm
Specific Gravity: 1.025
Temp: 79F

The pic looks just sucked in. If it has a brown jelly substance on it then definately cut it away. Use bone cutters if you have them. But if it is just pulled in the leave it alone as it is just acclimating. Did it go thru a big lighting change when you purchased it?

They went from metal halide to HO T5's so thats probably part of it. I just was concerned since the rest of it was doing well and so is the trumpet coral. I'll watch out for brown slime. Thanks
