Is something wrong with my anemone

I am new to saltwater aquariums and I've had my 29 gal biocube up for about 2 months. About a week ago I added a long tentacle anemone and it looked great until two days ago. I did a water change to be sure it wasn't that and my water parameters are fine. I noticed and took a picture of what looks like a bristle worm. Also it looked like it was trying to puke its insides out. I'm attaching a picture of the anemone and you can see the white stuff coming from the anemone as well as the bristle worm by the rock. If it is a bristle worm should I try to move the anemone?

Most of us like bristleworms. They eat dead and decaying matter.

Waiting about a year is usually recommended before putting in an anemone. Maybe it's just expelling waste?
