Is something wrong with my Reef Chromis?

Can anyone tell me if the color difference on the chromis is because of a disease.

I've had my tank up and running since October. The chromis have I've had since February. I noticed the difference a little after they felt comfortable enough to be out all the time.

Looks like it could be battle damage - chromis tend to squabble until only one remains. But if you see any red sores on any of them, that could be a disease problem. Uronema marinum is common with chromis these days.

I agree. In both regards.

In the vast majority of cases, the dominant chromis will pick off less dominant ones until only one is left. But watch for uronema symptoms.
