Is there a good magnet cleaner for a nano

I have a 12g JBJ dx. Is there a good magnet cleaner for this tank? Is there something better?

Mag-Float makes a magnet cleaner for acryllic tanks IIRC

Not acrylic.........use a blade or whatever you would normally use for glass. Just a bit tricky on the curved front glass.

That nimble looks great. My magfloat works, but can't reach 1/4 of the tank becaues of rocks... it's a bad design for small tanks because of that.

IMO, the only potential problem with the Nimble is that it doesn't float. I'm waiting to receive the razor blade scrapper from reefgadgets that attach's to the small magfloat to handle the coralline.

Is the glass on a JBJ nano like a plastic? It seems like it would scratch easy.

I clean my nanocube with a razorblade held at an angle by hand and haven't noticed any scratches.

Unfortunately my nanocube came with a couple of nice scratches right on the front glass. They weren't noticeable until it was filled up with water with the lights on, by which time I was too far along to take it back. :-/

The Nimble is a great little cleaner. But, I sold it with my last nano. I ordered and paid for a new Nimble in early Jan 07 and still haven’t received it. He had a death of a friend and it has been to cold for him to make them. You just might have to wait to get it. Charles is a member here as CJerome21 if you want to PM him.

I just bought the mini size mag float. Its very small and works on both glass & acrylic. I got it for under $5 at bigalsonline.com.

I was curious if anyone has talked to Charles (CJerome21) lately. I sent him a PM so I could purchase a nimble, but I haven't heard back from him. It sounds like he has a lot going on right now (and I certainly relate to that) but I don't want to purchase one and him not be making them anymore.

A quick update on the status of your Nimble order. I have found a
place inside to make the Nimbles during the cold weather. And it has
been really cold here, and snowy, we got two feet last week. I am in
the process of making the first batch indoors and will be working to
get these finished and shipped out. At which time I will start
making some more. I will be fulfilling requests in the order in
which I received payment. I thank you for your patience and patronage
