Is there a such thing as a moonlight controller?

I've got a Coralife Blue-Moon-Glow moonlight on my 10 gal. nano and would like to have some way of controlling it other then putting on a timer. Is there a device that works like a Solar 1000 that will dim the moonlight according to moon phases and such? I've heard people talking about something similar here but I think it was a package that contained the lights also. I really just want a controller that I can plug my existing light into that will cut it on and off and possibly dim it according to moon phases.

So, does somthing like this exist?

I have one of those moon tubes with the regular knob controller set to auto. It stays on all the time but it really doesn't matter. LEDs last forever. It works flawlessly and completely hands off. I love it.
