Is there a way to polish glass under water?

My aquarium has a little haze in the front middle glass. Its not too bad, but just enough to annoy me. I guess it happened while in storage. There was probably something touching it like a plastic bag or something. I've tried a razor, and there really isn't anything to come off. Anything at all you guys can think of to maybe scrub this haze off and/or polish it while under water?

The tank would need to be empty in order to do any remedial work on it. There is a product available (at least in the U.K.) called jewellers rouge, which should remove the haze, but it cannot be used under water. I'm assuming the tank is glass?

Yes, the tank is glass. If required to drain the tank... i'll probably just live with it.

Hey windsor... is there a product to remove a scratch on the outside of the tank?

Jeweler's Rouge is what we old-school Marines used to remove scratches from brass buckles and such before polishing. I wasn't aware that it would work on glass though. I haven't seen that stuff since the 70's.

Check this site out. I didn't see one for glass though.
