AHHHH let me look!

Edit.. It went from Montrose to Moxy and nothing before in the M's. I did find an old Babys and Angel Album.

What? No Mott the Hoople? Which ANGEL? The Tower album was good but "White Hot" was better. As for Surkamp, I went to the Pavlov's Dog 30th anniversary show in '04 and that guy can still sing, put on a great show! I stilll have my original Pampered Menial album around here somewhere!

I I also have a direct cut Jethro Tull Aqualung (reminds me of Capo) :D

If we are talking Capo, don't you mean Iron Lung?

I don't know Capo so I hate to pile on but you all seem to have too much fun with it

Not quite right...

Should be: Jethro Tull - Too Old to Rock and Roll but Too Young to Die (1976)

Floyd has a recent DVD from the 1989 shows called Pulse. You wouldnt believe the quality of the restoration. Worth the 300 inch screen and some concert volumes.

Also Gilmour just released a DVD - On an Island that features some harmonies with Graham NAsh and David Crosby that will stand the hairs up on the back of your neck. It was a bit too much new solo stuff for me but lots of classics.

Surcamp still tours in Austrailia where they are icons. I'd love to see him and Geddy Lee have a duet!

I also found Aphrodite's Child-Son of 666, The Kiss "name" albums, Animals by PF and about 400 more. There was also plenty of crap like Ratt, Skidrow, and even a signed album by Kip Winger of the "Winger" fame. I spoke with this cat at Streetside, 20 years ago, for about 10 minutes and he was uber into jazz and blues and he told me "there was no money in it, so I do crap" It was way before the group signing and he was browsing in the jazz/classical section off to the left and we started talking??? Any way he signed one of the albums and gave it to me-pretty cool cat though.

My only other brush with fame was when at an after party I almost got into a fight with Al Jorgenson. I also did a shot off the lead singer of Lush-belly button, shot a few with some of the Peppers. A pretty fun Lalapolooza bash. When Al's ectasy and booze kicked in he mellowed?? Do not ask me how I got there- I just use to have friends in low places!!

BigMocats it is the Tower album70's rock bands mentioned.

BTW most music now stinks! I listen to a wide variety but most seem very unoriginal and crappy. JMHO

My brush with greatness was when Neil Peart came into the stereo shop I was working at when they were in town. He was meeting an old KSHE DJ. He came and went and then the DJ asked my why I didnt say anything or ask for an autograph. I about beat him to the ground. I didn't recognise Peart as that was the year he cut his hair and he came and went without my enlightenment. I wnet to the concert that night and I yelled at him but he ignored me... Might be because I was about 10000 feet away?

His loss...
