Yep. That's a good kind, too. Harmless scavenger that's basically just an earthworm, albeit an earthworm that probably shouldn't be touched. You probably have quite a few. They can get quite large if there's far too much food (6+ inches), but they usually stay under 2" long.

Thanks guys. I switched from a 20g to 75g sump in the last few days. I'll look out to see if they were able to make the trip.
