Is this a bubble algae?

Is this a green bubble algae? If it is what do I do. If not what is it.

Yes it appears to be.

Hard to tell in the picture, but it looks like it to me. Emerald Crabs are often the go-to for bubble algea, but not all of them will automatically attack it. May be hit or miss. If you remove it, don't burst the bubble, it will send spores to all corners of your tank and possibly spread.

Thanks guys. since it was an easy to reach rock i took it out and cut the algae away at its anchor point so i wouldn't burst it. hopefully i don't see anymore. i'm still chasing an asternia starfish i saw yesterday he had hid before i could get to him.
