Is this a Cirolanid isopod?

And if it isn't, is it bad? I saw one fluttering around the tank. It's like a flying beetle the way it moves and is extremely fast. I caught one in a bristleworm trap.

No, not a cirolanid. Looks like a sphaeromatid & harmless.
