Is This a Duncan???

This is a very weird find in a UK LFS....dunno what it is..its not tube like though like the average Duncan its more like encrusting..

Any Ideas

Does look like them. Do you have a less blue tinted picture? Looks encrusting which I don't think classifies as duncan. I would buy it if you like it. If not a duncan probably still from the family Dendrophyllidae.
 
looks like it, the only other thing I think it could be is a gonipora, but I think it is a duncan based on the mouths and the tentacles.
 
Definitely looks like duncan's, but there is a possibillity it could be turbinaria peltata. Is it completely encrusting, or are the coralites branching out?
 
It is Not Duncan; as viper_390 mentioned, it is Turbinaria. Much more common that Duncan (in the US at any rate). Slower growing, and does not eat as much as a Duncan will (though it will still feed if given a chance).
Not likely to branch out, they typically encrust, but will sometimes develop folds or 'fingers' in the middle of the plate.
As far as the confusion goes, they are actually closely related to Duncanopsammia (and Tubastrea, etc).
