Is this a flatworm?

This worm like creatures don't move!!, covered in sand, worm like but don't move, they just break away. Please ID. I find them inside clams, and snails,or just in sand.

I had the same kind of worms in my tank for about 2 months. They're not flatworms, just harmless detritus feeders I believe.

Those are the sand grain tubes of polychaetes. Often these tubes run along the bottom & sides of hard structures and into the sand below. If you can get a decent shot of one I can id it for you. To expose the animal start at one end of the tube & very gently break open it; the animal inside will move towards the other side. Eventually you'll expose it unless it was too quick & it's in the portion in the sand bed. Whatever species it is food preferences will be detritus & possibly smaller organisms so its harmless.
