It was supposed to be green also..
It is brown/red with green tips

yes it is. like anything else...they will change color depending on your lighting and the lighting where you got it.

not that I know of. It usally doesn't last more then a year in captivity.

Absolutely. It needs planktonic foods like cyclopeeze and various types of phytoplankton.

I already feed other corals cyclopeeze and various types of phytoplankton....

So not a problem.
