Check extreme corals dot com, in the new arrivals section.
It is $169.99 for a nice size piece. That price is shipped overnight, by 10:30 delivery.
I tried to post a link, but they edited it.

Try copying and pasting this together. When you paste it, you need to get rid of the space between . and com , this will make the link work.

I don't think thats too bad of a price considering the tiny frags people sell for ~$50 not including shipping. I did a quick search on frags.org for superman to see

If it breaks in transport I'll buy a small piece of it :)

Thats an OK price but there is only one real deal"superman" and thats not one of them :(. Lots of companies are bringing in aquacultured pieces and calling them "superman", then when people get them they brown out and look horrible. The real deal superman from Tubs is the one that goes for like $50 per 1/2"-1". The difference is that it is supposed to hold the amazing colors and thrive under a variety of conditions where the aquacultured ones hardly ever hold there color. The good thing about buying the real deal is that you can sell your frags for just as much or trade them for other LE corals where with the extreme corals superman you will have a harder time. If you love the way that coral looks, I say buy it but if you were really just looking for a superman and came accross this, I would wait for the real deal. Good luck :)

Hmm that's a really interesting point Stoney. I think I said it in another post lost somewhere on RC - every coral you buy should have a "color mileage may vary" sticker stuck to it.

My dream one day is to have a rainbow monti that will stay rainbow in my tank :)

It's amazing how much color change a coral can go through before settling back into a vivid color pattern. Lighting, water quality, flow, parameters, placement in the tank, time and feeding all have significant effects on color. I get many wild Figi corals in that are vivid colors, turn brown and then color up significantly again. Sometimes it takes weeks, sometimes months, but like Chrisstie said above, "color mileage may vary!" I say if you like how it looks, buy it! The LE tag just adds extra dollars and often you can get coral just as nice for a lot less. Of course, in some cases the LE corals are fairly rare colorations, and in that case you may have to pay the added $$$ for it, but often there are others just as nice.
