Is this a good deal/plan?

So I can get a 6 month old 24 gal aquapod, with the stand,skimmer, & PC compact lighting for 150.00, is this as good deal? How are aquapods? I have no experience with them but am thinking of doing dwarf seahorses & a mandarin(eventually). And this falls in my price range!Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

brand new its between 180 and 220 for the tank. so that in itself is a good deal. but its too small for the mandarin

...and it's definitely too big for dwarves. filtration is unsuitable too. you could probably keep one pair of seahorses in that tank, perhaps erectus, reidi or kuda. watch flow, you may need to modify a bit.
