Is this a good/going price for Carnation corals?

I called a LFS and they got in several Carnation corals ranging from 2-6 inches. The 2-3 inch Carnations are going for $29.99, Is that a good/going price for Carnation corals?

They say they have some from 1 week-3 months. The store is a pretty good store IMO. I get almost all my stuff from them.

Very few stores have the ability, time or will to keep them in proper conditions so I would steer clear of the 3 month old ones and go for the 1 week ones.

Hey Moses, Stick to the Scleronephthya family. Many people are having good luck with those instead of the Dendronephthya family. Some seem to be slightly photsythetic. That is a good price though.

You mean Stereonepthya? IME Scleronepthya are harder than Dendronepthya species.

No, that what I meant. I have heard, read, been told they are easier. I will let you know I picked up a couple of really pretty ones today.
