is this a good skimmer? HELP

an aqua-c ev180. with a mag 9.5 or eheim 1260.

I may be traiding a 90g rr tank with stand and canopy for it. Just want to hear some oppions on the skimmer

I use the EV120 and like it ok. I use it with a mag 5 and still have to throttle it back a little. It produces about 3/4 inch deep medium dark skimmate in the cup per week out of a lightly stocked 54g with corals and 20g refugium. There are more potent skimmers, but this one works fine for me. You may find that the 180 isn't enough for you if you have a heavily stocked tank, particularly with a lot of big fish. I tend to think it's best to have 2x the skimmer recommended for your tank if you reasonably can...but as tanks get bigger, I'm sure there's a practical limit to that advice...
