Looks like a regular bristle worm to me. At hat size, shouldn't be a problem.

Just a small bristleworm, you won't have to trap him for months.

Bristleworms at any size are great for your tank and completely harmless to your corals and fish. They do not have mandibles and can only eat decomposing material.

There is a Caribbean Fireworm that feeds on corals but is very rare in the hobby.
