Is this a snails operculum?

I found this in my sand today and don't have a clue what is. I Was thinking it was an operculum just because my turbo snail has the same circular lines as this have on his operculum. Could someone help me ID it? Thanks

It looks like it. It's probably pretty thin at the edges and a bit thicker in the center.

Yes, that's a Turbo operculum.
