is this algae?

I wonder what it is.
it is also occur on the body of my skimmer.
i suspect that it is an algae.
however my phosphate and nitrate is 0.
i change water 20% weekly.
i turn on my MH lighting from 18:00 till 24:00
i wonder why it is still arise.

so these are my question..

1. if it is an algae, which type of algae is this?
2. is it dangerous to my tank?
3. how do I get rid of it?
4. can i use Turbo snails or Blenny to help cleaning on this alge
or is there a btter way ?
5. is it because of the water flow in my tank?
6. why is it occure on the body of my skimmer?

Imageshack.us is what i use. I think that is algae. Hard to tell from the pic. That algae is very popular (pretty much everyone gets it). I get it in my tank. Do you have any light near your skimmer? I have my skimmer in my refugium and the light causes algae to grow. Doesnt hurt anything though. I wouldn't worry too much about it. It is a good control for no2 no3 and amonia. I have plenty of it in my refugium and nitrated are undetectable.
