Is this an NPS?

This came in a biocube I bought a few weeks ago. A friend of mine said he's 99% certain it's an nps, but can't remember what it was called. Anyone know?

Looks like cladocora, is photosynthetic, but very very adaptable to light or lack thereof. Hope this helps!
