Is this anemone dead?

My RBT anemone has been struggling lately. Even spot feeding him isn't working, he can't seem to hold on to the food or the stupid clownfish brushes him and it falls out. Was thinking of moving him to a QT tank and letting him get bigger, but I think he may already be dead!

THoughts?
