Is this anything to worry about?

I noticed this little fella in the shadows on a huge piece of LR. I have heard them called Rock Anemones. Is it anything to worry about, or should I just leave it in peace?

There is also another much larger one in a dark crevice in the same rock.

They can take over the tank. If you plan to keep corals and such Id remove it.

Can I just inject it with kalk paste or Joe's juice?
