Is this bad or normal? (Birdsnest pic inside)

The first pic is the top view.The second pic I noticed the white skeleton. Is that normal since it is blocked from light or is it something kind of stn?
 
Normal, tight packed SPS will bleach at the core like that.

Should look at dealing with the aptasia before it get worse.
 
That's been a never ending problem.The ones you see are right over a monti and any aiptasia x on it leaves bleach marks.
 
Try biological control, peppermint shrimp, matte file fish, copper banded butterfly. I am trying to get some peppermint's my self. There are a few growing on my clam and I do not want to risk kalk paste there.

Normal as can be and common with Seriatopora. They're fast, easy to grow corals and you'll find that the barren branches underneath will grow corallites and extend polyps if you take the colony and put it where light reaches them.
