is this bad to have fins clamped?

my foxface is gliding around with one fin clamped against the body he has ich, and he keeps his mouth open all the time w/ rapid breathing. i am treating him for ich and i dont know what is up with the fins please help

its not good, that is a sign of a problem, fighting? disease, ick that the fish has, the ick is affecting him big time
