Is this Black Ich or something else?

I'm not quite sure what these dark spots on my yellow tang are. I think the thing on his dorsal fin is from him bumping/scraping up against something. But I'm not sure about the rest.
Do I have black ich or another disease?

I havent seen them move. They've been were they are since I've noticed it the other day.

Pics not great - eyes too old? What dark spots? Only see one on the forehead and it appears too large to be black ich.

Its not the greatest pic. But she/he will not stay still enough to get a good picture. But yes, thats pretty much it. The rough spot on the fin and the big dark spots on the forehead.
