Is this bleaching or growth?

I just installed new lights and all the corals seem to be really happy. Everything opening up etc.

I have one coral thats acting weird.. There are small white areas at the bottom but the green spots have gotten really green.. I thought it was getting bleached so I put it in the shade but the greens have gotten VERY deep green..

Are the white spots bleaching (at 6'oclock and 8'oclock) or new growth?

Are you asking about the cap? Mine get white around the rim when they are growing but it's kind of hard to tell from the pic.

Here's a better image of the white spots.. Tell me if this is bleaching or growth! I thought it was bleaching but the greens on that coral have gotten much deeper green.

Hard to say with that picture. Looks like flesh has receded a bit. I don't believe it is related to new lights.
