It looks blue, but the green doesn't look like coralline and the blue looks much like the green except for the color. Can you easily rub it off the rock with your finger? If so, I'd say just an algae. If it seems to be part of the rock--send me some!!!

haha i will check... and.... it didnt rub off with my finger.. i didnt try to sctracth is but i only moderately rubbed it and its still there.
