Need help. Is this Brooklynella on my Clown fish? If so what is the best treatment?

It looks like it could be Brooklynella, though I wouldn't exclude Velvet or a bacterial infection either.

The best cure against brook are formalin baths (Formalin-MS - LFS or search Amazon)
The best cure against velvet is Chloroquine (NLS Ick-Shield Bath Powder - LFS or Amazon)
