Yup. It's a pain.... I'm using Kent Tech M on mine right now. I've been running GFO from the beginning as my rock leached phosphates (even used lanthanum chloride while curing them before starting and they still leached!). I also pulled as much out as I could regularly, toothbrushes, the works. It just kept coming back, stronger and larger. The Kent Tech M seems to be doing the trick.... I'll report back in a year. lol UGH!!

I saw a video from vivid aquariums on youtube, he claimed that continuum magnesium gonna work as kent tech M. I can't find any kent tech M in my area therefore I'm gonna gv continuum a try. Anyway, will this type of algae come back again in the future after I killed all of them now?

Not sure where you live, but you can buy Kent Tech M online at Amazon.

In addition to dosing Kent Tech M, you should probably also critically examine your husbandry methods. In all my algae battles, consistent quality husbandry was the key augmented with targeted procedures like blackouts or dosing depending on the problem.

Why does everyone hate Bryopsis? It's pretty, stays in clumps and you can get Lettuce Nudibrachs now. They are fascinating to watch, will keep the bryopsis from spreading, and will readily breed. In my experience, the Nudis keep the bryopsis from spreading and eventually it dies off. Bryopsis is great! Not as bad as Valonia. Now that's a nightmare.
