Lissocarcinus laevis, a commensal crab. That's by best shot.
General opinion is negative from what I could find.

My books say those big claws serve a purpose and they will eat whatever is around, food, detritus and polyps.
Off to the sump with him. He can play in the cheato and be harmless there.
