looks like an elegance coral
tentacles are very sticky, and are known to kill snails (never witnessed it myself)
not sure about the black tentacles, but probably not a good sign.
they are prone to having elegance coral syndome and it's a hit or miss whether you get lucky with a healthy specimen imo
