Is this diatom or Dino?

New to the hobby, have had tank running for a month. Don't know if this is just the diatom algae that comes with tank cycling. Or if it's dino I have put some cleaner shrimps and small clean up crew to try and handle it, also running phosguard in filter and it just keeps growing. Need help

Hard to ID without a picture, but if they're diatoms most likely they'll eventually exhaust the supply of silicates and recede on their own.
 
Just by what you are saying it sounds like dino since it just jeeps going and going. The problem is without a image, we will never be able to properly identify it or let you know what can be done to help rid of it. Since this is a new tank, I wouldn't be overly concerned
 
Is it dusty brown on the sand bed or is it stringy brown with air bubbles? If the former, it’s diatoms. If the latter, it’s dinos.
